Who we are

Virtual Admin Partner is a DBA of Ten Eleven Twelve LLC, Austin, Texas. Write to caroline@admin-partner.com about anything on this page.

What we collect, and why

• Newsletter: your email address and where you signed up. We use it to send Lead From Where You Are when a new post is published. You confirm your address before anything is sent, every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and Caroline gets an email when you subscribe.
• Moved from Substack: if you subscribed to Lead From Where You Are on Substack, your email address moved to this list so the newsletter continues from this site. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• Contact form: it sends nothing to us. It opens your own email program with your message filled in, and nothing reaches us until you send that email yourself.
• Blog comments: if you comment on the blog, your display name and your comment are public. Your email address is never shown. We keep your comments until you ask us to remove them, and we may remove any comment. Signing in to comment adds you to the newsletter, which you confirm by email and can leave from any email.
• Analytics: none. This site runs no analytics and sets no cookies of its own.

Who handles it for us

The Coheronix platform, run by Ten Eleven Twelve LLC, stores newsletter subscribers and blog comments. Resend delivers our email. Netlify hosts this site. Cloudflare streams the video on the home page. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with one click. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to caroline@admin-partner.com and we will answer within 30 days.
